Qatar Petroleum (QP) is a state-owned public corporation established byEmiri Decree No. 10 in 1974. It is responsible for

Primary purpose of job
Responsible for the efficient maintenance and repair of instrumentation and control system which are directly connected
with the Oil & Gas production and processing system. Failure to carry out maintenance correctly could cause equipment
failure and consequent production delays.
Experience & Skills
Good supervisory and communication skill. Microprocessor and/or PLC based programming ability on package
instrumentation control systems. Have the ability to read P&IDs, C&E, Loop, Schematic and logic drawings.
Minimum ten (10) years varied experience in the installation, maintenance and fault finding of instrumentation and control
systems, with minimum experience of three (3) years at a supervisory level.
B.Sc in Instrumentation or equivalent engineering discipline.
