Qualifications

The Role

This position is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of the Culinary function and implementation of the overall strategy. He / She acts in the best interests of the hotel to provide accurate and new insights into the competitive environment.

The role requires the candidate to be an engaged, results –driven, attentive, creative and a focused personality. Someone who is a passionate leader and enjoys the challenge in exceeding the highest standards ensuring maximum profit and guest satisfaction, and consistency of the services. He / She takes extra miles to ensure the perfection of culinary products and enjoys the challenge of creating new dishes, paying extra attention to details, and maintaining the highest standards of the products quality and consistency. Someone who is highly creative and enjoys interacting with internal and external guests.

 

Some of the responsibilities include:

To manage his / her assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas and Hyatt standards, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
